Following on the heels (or heads) of the Cab Franc vineyards, we now have bud break in the Block C Petit Verdot and Petite Sirah.  Roughly a week separated the budding of these two varieties and the Cab Franc.  Block C is our largest block of Petit Verdot, responsible for the majority of our production and all of our Petite Sirah.

We’re still awaiting the Mourvedre which is last to bud and last to harvest.  As of yet they are still slumbering, but some swelling indicates it won’t be long now.
